Bodywork

Our healers offer a guided somatic experience of self.

We target symptoms that are frequently overlooked in the vital connection between mind and body, complications that arise at the intersection of physical and emotional suffering. These ailments often manifest as overthinking, worry, distraction, body tension, low energy, sexual functioning and physical pain.

We apply a somatic approach which encompasses mind, body and spirit through trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), and dance therapy.

Our therapists offer educational and experiential workshops to organizations, communities and groups.

We help our clients with wellness initiatives, workplace stress, work-life balance, transitions to the hybrid work environment, managing the stress of large scale transformation initiatives, team building and development.

We partner with our clients to scope the needs of their organization and design bespoke experiences that fit the culture of the organization and issues at heart.
